Pooja Teckchandani, Founder and Managing Partner

Pooja has been practicing law in California for over 18 years. She has extensive experience navigating complex legal issues globally, with a focus on commercial, product and technology transactions in various industries, including Technology, Fashion, Consumer Products, Media and Entertainment. 

Pooja began her distinguished legal career at Sidley Austin, LLP, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions within the corporate group. She subsequently transitioned to in-house roles, notably serving as the first attorney for Nasty Gal during their Series B funding and a period of remarkable growth.

Following this success, Pooja joined TOMS Shoes, where she played a pivotal role in their global e-commerce expansion. Most recently, as a legal executive with Warner Bros. Discovery (formerly Warner Media and Warner Bros.), she contributed to the launch of key products, including the streaming platform Max.

Throughout her career, Pooja has established herself as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives. She builds strong relationships based on her philosophy that legal executives should serve as pragmatic partners at the decision-making table, consistently finding solutions that balance business objectives while effectively mitigating legal risk.

Outside the office, Pooja enjoys cycling with her children, volunteering at local animal rescue organizations, playing tennis, and exploring the world through travel.
